Fabric, firing, and surface description
5YR 7/8, reddish yellow. Late Roman Athenian lamp fabric: hard, slightly coarse clay with very rare, subangular to subrounded, very small calcite and uncommon, small, black and dark red rocky inclusions. Unslipped.
Preservation comment
One small fragment preserves small part of discus, less than one-quarter of shoulder, and upper handle. Slight to moderate, somewhat extensive abrasion and pitting; slight, sparse encrustation.
