Description
Circular discus has central filling hole with raised rim, rays, and flat framing ring. Shoulder has small ovules. Clay nodules in grooves.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
10YR 8/4, very pale brown. Early/Middle Roman Corinthian pale lamp fabric: fine, somewhat hard.
Preservation comment
One small fragment preserves less than one-quarter of discus and small part of shoulder. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion, pitting, and fracturing; slight, extensive encrustation.
