Circular, concave, plain discus. Narrow, sloping to rounded, plain shoulder. Short ring handle has two(?) grooves situated lateral. Circular, flat base with single groove.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 7.5YR 6/4, light brown. Slip: 10R 5/8, red. Fine, somewhat soft fabric with platy fracture has rare, very small, subangular to subrounded, black inclusions and rare, very small flecks of golden mica. Thick, semilustrous(?), even slip visible under crust in large patches around wall and handle. Knidian fabric.
Preservation comment
One fragment preserves entire handle, less than one-third or discus and shoulder, and part of base. Slight, extensive abrasion; severe, extensive encrustation and film of mortar across handle and wall obscures the surface and design.
