Description
Circular outline. Circular, slightly concave discus has central filling hole, double narrow, rounded framing ring set back from hole, and raised, flat framing ring around discus. Channel with panels at medial axis.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Early/Middle Roman Corinthian pale lamp fabric: very fine, hard.
Preservation comment
Four joining fragments preserve roughly three quarters of discus and small part of shoulder. Slight, extensive film of encrustation.
