Short cylindrical neck. Handles arching upward, oval in section, attach at mid-neck.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Brownish yellow with a tinge of red. Very slightly coarse, hard fabric with granular to slightly hackly break. Uncommon, small, subangular, white (calcareous) chunks. Rough, unsmoothed surface with irregular ridges of excess clay. Thin, even, matte slip on extant surfaces, slightly lighter in color than fabric.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves neck from shoulder up to but not including rim, upper part of one handle, and one handle stub. Slight, sparse abrasion and chipping along edges; thin, extensive encrustation.
