Description
Circular(?), concave discus with figural relief and filling hole left. Relief shows Diana standing three-quarters left in counterpoise on left left wearing long folded garment, with left hand straight at side holding bow vertically and right hand flexed above shoulder reaching for arrow from quiver with broad strap. Type has thick hair and dog to lower left partly behind goddess and looking back up at her.

Typical fabric (pale buff), firing, and surface treatment. Fingerprints from pressing into mold on underside.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 30% of middle to front discus. Moderate, extensive abrasion; worn breaks.
