Athenian model: e.g., AgoraVII, p. 138, nos. 1242-1257, pls. 25, 49 (J. Perlzweig; dated first half 3rd century)
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical Corinthian lamp fabric but slightly softer and pale yellow; faint wash same color as fabric.
Preservation comment
Three joining sherds preserve ca. 30-35% of upper back part of lamp, small part of discus, roughly one-half of shoulder, and entire handle. Slight, sparse abrasion; somewhat worn breaks; infrequent specks of encrustation. Scorching across back right wall.
