Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric (buff to slightly orange; slightly gritty), firing, and surface treatment. Small clay nodules in grooves.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 30% of lamp from top to bottom, including small part of back of shoulder, entire handle, over one-third of wall, and over three-quarters of base. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion and occasional pitting; mostly clean breaks; small, thin, rare patches of encrustation on walls.
