Conical cup with low ring foot; upper face of floor is slight concave, which shows on underside as well. The foot is right at turn from floor to wall. The central stamp is in form of starburst with rays formed as seven, sometimes indistinct, ridges between slightly more deeply impressed sections, small circle at center; only one of the sections has a well-defined rounded outer edge so that the stamp is not certainly a rosette.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine, brownish red fabric with slight laminar flaking. Thick, somewhat glossy slip where best preserved, thickest on extant floor.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 65% of base and large part of lower wall. Slip shows some wear, flaking, and chipping but is well preserved where present; slightly worn breaks.
