Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pinkish brown, consistently fired. Medium fine, hard. Uncommon, well sorted, tiny to small, black, gray, and rarely white inclusions; very few silvery micaceous flakes at surface. Rough patch of excess clay on interior.
Preservation comment
One fragment preserves ca. 35-40% of bowl, including body, rim, and attachment to rest of vessel. Slight to moderate, somewhat frequent abrasion with sparse gouging and chipping around edges; worn breaks; thin, extensive film of pale encrustation.
