Thin, low ring foot, vertical on outside and sloping on inside; slightly convex bottom; central button on floor. Thin walls, widely flaring upward. Faint turning bands.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
2.5YR 6/8 (light red) fabric; 10R 5/6 (red) slip. Fine, hard fabric with very rare, tiny black and white inclusions. Somewhat thick, even, matte slip on all surfaces.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves roughly 40% of base and ca. 25% of lower to middle wall. Slight abrasion; clean breaks; extensive, moderate patches of encrustation on all surfaces
