Fabric, firing, and surface description
Late Roman North African fabric (orangish red, fine), firing, and surface (smooth, even, semiglossy, somewhat thin, red slip).
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 40% from lower middle to back part of lamp, including lower handle, less than one-half of wall, and over one-half of base. Slight, sparse abrasion and pitting; slightly worn breaks; somewhat extensive patches of thin encrustation.
