Pitcher. Ring foot, rounded at resting surface and concave at joint with wall; slightly convex underside. Flaring lower wall.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Dark reddish brown; consistently fired. Heavy, hard, somewhat gritty fabric; somewhat hackly break. Uncommon, small, well sorted, subrounded white (calcareous) and very small, uncommon, subangular(?), black incusions; some larger, angular, lime chunks spalling at surface.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 30% of base with floor and small part of adjacent lower wall. Slight, sparse abrasion with chipping around edge; worn breaks; sparse specks to patches of encrustation.
