Fabric, firing, and surface description
Middle Roman Attic lamp fabric (pale orange), firing, and surface, as much as can be discerned through weathering.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 80% from top of lamp but missing front right shoulder and entire nozzle. Moderate to severe, extensive abrasion and moderate pitting across surface; worn break; thin, widespread, irregular patches of black discoloration. Weathering consistent with long marine submersion.
