Typical Middle Roman Athenian lamp fabric (reddish yellow fabric; fine, hard, slightly gritty), firing (consistent), and surface (reddish brown slip; even, thin, semimatte).
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 20% of lower middle part of lamp, including over two-thirds of base and small part of wall. Slight, moderately extensive abrasion and slight, sparse scratching and small gouges; worn breaks.
