Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical Middle Roman Attic fabric (fine, faintly reddish buff), firing, and surface.
Preservation comment
One fragment preserves ca. 30% from the top back part of the lamp, including a small part of discus, less than one-third of shoulder, and part of upper handle. Slight, somewhat sparse abrasion and chipping; worn breaks. Scorching around handle after fracturing.
