Fabric, firing, and surface description

Typical Middle Roman Athenian lamp fabric (pink; fine, hard), firing (consistent), and surface treatment (orangish red slip; mostly thick and even but variable, semilustrous).

Preservation comment

One sherd preserves small part from front of discus. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion and chipping around edges; worn breaks.
