Fabric, firing, and surface description
Yellowish white fired slightly darker at surface. Somewhat hard, slightly gritty fabric; smooth break. Common tiny bits, poorly sorted, including subrounded lime and rarer gray and black. Even, thin, pale white wash as undercoat; even, glossy glaze, thicker in grooves and irregularly accumulated on bottom; minute crazing; dark green but mottled; peeling in large flakes. Faint turning scratches across body.
Preservation comment
Eight joining sherds preserve complete cup. Moderate abrasion and chipping around edges; scattered specks of encrustation.
