Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: pinkish buff; mostly smooth break; fine texture with very rare, small, well sorted, white, black and red or brown particles. Consistently fired. Slip: very thin, even, pale to creamy wash on exterior; thin, semiglossy(?) brownish black slip in flakey patches on interior. Cf. Ke 1184-L 318.
Preservation comment
Two joining fragments preserve ca. 35% of top left side of lamp, including shoulder and base of nozzle. Slight, sparse abrasion; worn breaks; faint, thin film of encrustation.
