Description
Type of winged Eros in three-quarters view striding right with alabastron(?) in right hand and large shell in left hand.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric (pinkish buff; slightly gritty; rare tiny bits; faintly micaceous), firing, and surface treatment (chocolate slip, somewhat uneven and mottled).
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 25% of front left discus with adjacent shoulder and top left nozzle. Slight to moderate, somewhat extensive abrasion; slip crazing; worn breaks; rare specks of encrustation.
