Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric (pale reddish yellow, medium to slightly coarse, smooth to slightly hackly fracture, uncommon small white chunks, micaceous specks?), firing, and surface treatment (faint smoothing). Seam is prominent but mostly smoothed with slight webbing.
Preservation comment
Four joining sherds preserve small part of back left shoulder, ca. 20% of shoulder, almost entire handle, and small part of back right base. Slight, extensive abrasion and rare flaking and gouging; somewhat worn breaks; large but thin patches of encrustation.
