Description
Hole (Diam. 0.011) roughly bored through wall from outside, directly behind handle.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pale pink with a tinge of orange; slightly more pale at surface. Coarse, hard fabric; hackly break. Uncommon to common, small, well sorted inclusions: rounded and subrounded gray and black; less common red bits; subangular quartzitic; irregular white (calcareous); rare tiny shell fragments. Common voids, medium rounded and some elongated.
Preservation comment
One large sherds preserves ca. 15% of rim and part of upper wall, with one handle. Slight, sparse abrasion with minor gouging but surface mostly in good condition; slightly worn breaks.
