Conical cup with flaring foot. Rim not preserved except for one single groove below it. Flaring foot is marked off from wall on exterior by light grooves. It has a narrow flat lower edge, with turn to underside of the floor marked by tooled groove; there is a spiral indent at center of underside of floor.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric and extant slip relatively well preserved; thinner on exterior, where the off-center double-dipping streak is more prominent.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves almost entire base and much of flaring wall. Slight, extensive abrasion with minor pitting and a few large chips; worn breaks; widespread grayish cloud of encrustation.
