Wheelmade. High body with circular outline. Low, slightly convex base pushed in toward middle with small, low, raised button in center (Diam. 0.012 m). Truncoconical body with sharp ribbing tapers to short neck, slightly flaring, with a round, thickened rim (Diam. 0.026 m). Trapezoidal nozzle, flattened on top and slightly pointed, handmade and attached to front lower wall so as to rise slightly from base; oval filling hole at end. Traces of burning. Thick band handle, handmade with three uneven ridges on the top, pinched along the medial axis of the lamp and attached at rim to rise in attach above it and at mid-lower level in a thin trail. Slight gouges and excess clay in places across body. Long indentation across front left: something fell on it in kiln.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 10R 5/6, red. Medium fine, slightly hard fabric with rare, very small, subangular black inclusions and very rare, small, angular white (lime?) inclusions. Very rare, sparse spalling.
