Large storage vessel with large mouth and high, very slightly flaring neck. Two handles round in section attach at neck. Small, sharp ridge at bottom of neck. Wheel ridging on interior of neck.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Light brown, fired slightly more pale at very surface. Hard, slight coarse fabric with mostly smooth break with slightly rough surface texture; uncommon, large to medium, subrounded, white (lime) and frequent, varied, smaller, reddish and dark, rounded inclusions; varied (mostly light, few red) tiny bits; and occasional medium golden mica flakes. Surface wash very close in color to fabric.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves entire rim, almost all of neck, two handle stubs, and top of shoulder. Slight abrasion and numerous chips around rim; worn breaks; thin, extensive film of encrustation.
