Description
Deep basin. Cylindrical body with straight, slightly flaring upper wall to lip everted at steep angle. Incised decoration: horizontal lines delimiting zones of quadruple wavey lines.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Reddish yellow, hard, consistently fired fabric with somewhat smooth break; uncommon, small, poorly sorted, subrounded, white (lime) particles; rare, small to tiny, subrounded and rounded black and red bits, few sparking; common subrounded voids. Color and frequency and composition of inclusions diverges from Southern Argolid fabric; probably Boeotian.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves small part of upper body up to rim. Slight, sparse chipping around edges; clean breaks; slight, extensive film of encrustation.
