- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Pale reddish orange interior and core; exterior fired pale yellow (2-3 mm). Hard, coarse; hackly break. Frequent, small to medium, subrounded and subangular dark gray, small, tabular brown to red (iron oxide), uncommon platy gray (feldspar?), few sparkling bits, rare small white bits.
- Preservation comment
- One large sherd preserves upper part of one handle and contiguous wall of neck. Extensive, moderate abrasion and deep gouges; dulled and worn breaks; thin, extensive film of encrustation.
