Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pale reddish orange interior and core; exterior fired pale yellow (2-3 mm). Hard, coarse; hackly break. Frequent, small to medium, subrounded and subangular dark gray, small, tabular brown to red (iron oxide), uncommon platy gray (feldspar?), few sparkling bits, rare small white bits.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves upper part of one handle and contiguous wall of neck. Extensive, moderate abrasion and deep gouges; dulled and worn breaks; thin, extensive film of encrustation.
