Description
Large bowl. Vertical rim thickened at bottom into angular flange, narrowed at top with sloping inner face; slightly rounded outer face; offset from wall on interior, slight offset below rim.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Consistently fired to red; fabric distinctive within ware for frequent tiny to very small white inclusions, many visible on all surfaces. Very thin matte slip on all surfaces, essentially same color as fabric.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 5% of rim and upper wall. Slight, extensive abrasion and chipping around edges otherwise clean breaks; thin, slight patches of encrustation.
