Wide flaring lower wall. Short solid spike, irregularly form, with angular knob at toe. Faint spiral turning ridges.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric consistently fired reddish brown. Fine, hard fabric with smooth surface has frequent silvery mica and rare to uncommon, tiny to small, subrounded to subangular, red, black, and gray particles; rare sparkling bits (quartz?). Cf. standard LRA3 fabric made at Ephesus.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves entire toe and part of lower wall. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion and pitting and slight chipping around edges; worn breaks; specks to thin, small patches of encrustation.
