Description
Tubular pipe. Body slopes down from sharp turn at shoulder; cylindrical mouth flares slightly to slightly thickened, rounded lip. Extensive white, fine, hard plaster applied around base of neck for attachment to adjacent pipe. Wheelmade. Turning marks on interior and exterior.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Near standard Argolid LRA2 fabric; fewer inclusions other than the usual rounded lime. Cf. KTH2252.
Preservation comment
One large fragment preserves roughly one third of one end of pipe. Does not joint with other sherds of same type. Slight to moderate, extensive encrustation.
