Tear-shaped outline(?). Keyhole(?) discus with uncertain curvilinear decoration in relief out to flat framing ring. Flat, wide channel on shoulder has relief on each side of four triple concentric circles (Bussière-Rivel Da14) and three almonds (Bussière-Rivel Ga11/12). Straight, thick walls. Thickened wall around seam; blobs of excess clay across top surface.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 10R 5/8, red. Slip: 2.5YR 5/8, red. Dense, hard, medium coarse, consistently fired, with uncommon, well sorted, subrounded to subangular, white and black inclusions. Thin, semimatte to semiglossy in places, somewhat uneven slip (thick wash?) over whole exterior.

Preservation comment
One fragment preserves roughly one quarter of shoulder and small part of discus. Slight, sparse abrasion and pitting; sparse patches of encrustation.
