Description
Incurved rim with rounded, thickened lip; outer face distinctly tooled separating rim from exterior wall. Wide shoulder tapering steeply to rim.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Slightly granular fabric has occasional small to medium light angular inclusions and other tiny bits; larger inclusions embedded in surface; pale red core to pale buff towards surface; standard SA fabric. All surfaces are pale buff; some smeared clay on outer rim face. Light brush marks on all extant surfaces.

One sherd preserves ca. 15% of rim and small part of upper body. Slight, extensive abrasion and rare pitting, severe chipping; worn breaks; thin, extensive film of encrustation.
