Material description
10R 6/6, light red. Somewhat soft, medium-fine fabric with frequent, small to medium, poorly sorted, rounded to subrounded, white (calcite) inclusions, very rare pebbles, and very rare, rounded to subangular voids.

Description
End portion of circular pipe with thick wall (0.017), ridged inside. Pipe constricts at sharp shoulder to narrower, circular flange for insertion into another segment. Thick application of fine, white plaster around shoulder to seal joint with adjacent pipe. Thick, coarse layer of mortar across one surface and side show how pipe was affixed in rock-cut channel.
Preservation description
One large fragment intact at one end but broken at other. Slight, extensive chipping along break and one large fracture in wall; heavy, extensive encrustation overlying patches of mortar.
