Preservation description
Intact, roughly rectangular plaque with four lines of Greek text. Edges of stone were roughly cut, face was polished, and back was left unfinished. Thin line of coarse gray mortar and red surficial staining mark stone’s attachment to cist covering. Top left edge chipped by pick during excavation; very slight, very sparse encrustation.
