Description
Oval discus. Shoulder has sunken panel with raised double circles and broad, rounded rim.
Fabric, firing, surface
Typical fabric, firing, and surface treatment for ware. Fabric: 5YR 7/6, reddish yellow. Slip: 10R 5/6, red. Hard, medium fine fabric, slightly flaky. Thin, even, dull slip preserved in large patches.
Preservation description
One small fragment preserves <25% of rim. Moderate, extensive abrasion with erosion; worn breaks; small patches of encrustation.
