Description
Circular, concave discus has off-center filling hole with rounded rims, rosette with 23–24(?) concave, rounded petals, small airhole at bottom, and framing ring. Plain, narrow, sloping to rounded shoulder has flat panels. Small joining ridge where top half has broken away from bottom half. Flat, kite-shaped nozzle with horizontal band across top.
Fabric, firing, surface
Fabric: 2.5YR 8/4, pink. Slip: 2.5YR 6/4, light reddish brown, slightly purple. Thick, lustrous slip with metallic tinge
Preservation description
Four large fragments, two joining, preserve 75% of discus, 50% of shoulder, and small part of nozzle. Slight, sparse abrasion; somewhat worn breaks; slight, thin encrustation.
