Description
Convex upper body constricts to neck, marked by small groove. Slightly inturned rim with rounded lip; wide, horizontal flange on exterior with three grooves on upper face.
Fabric, firing, surface
5YR 5/6, yellowish red. Hard, smooth, medium-fine fabric with common mica and few to common, small, spherical, red and white inclusions.
Preservation description
Six joining fragments preserve ca. 33% of neck and rim. Chipping on rim; slight, extensive encrustation. Slight secondary scorching across rim.
