Description
Flat base. Flaring wall, slightly ridged. Slightly beveled rim sloping downward, with squared lip.
Fabric, firing, surface
Fabric (core): 2.5YR 5/4, reddish brown; (thick surfaces): 10YR 3/1, very dark gray. Vitrified exterior. Hard, gritty to sandy fabric with common large mica and common small, rounded, white and black inclusions. Imported.
Preservation comment
One fragment preserves <25% of base, body, and rim, including full profile. Slight, moderate encrustation.
