Description
False ring foot with crude irregular tooling. Irregular globular body, knife-trimmed from foot to midline. Cylindrical neck; small ridge at articulation of shoulder and neck. Outturned rim. Lentoid strap handle attaches irregularly to rim and middle of body.
Fabric, firing, surface
10YR 6/3, pale brown. Somewhat hard, smooth, slightly gritty fabric with frequent, poorly sorted, subangular to subrounded, white inclusions and very small, gray and black inclusions; moderate spalling. Variable firing.
Preservation description
Intact. Slight chipping on rim and handle; slight to moderate, extensive encrustation.
