Description
Deep basin. Tall, flaring, heavy ring foot; traces of slip on resting surface. Groove at articulation of foot and wall. Flaring, gently curving wall with faint angle as if high carination. Finishing lines on exterior. Transitional from Loeschcke Form 29?
Fabric, firing, surface
Fabric: 10R 7/4, pale red. Slip: 10R 4/6, red. Material typical for ware.
Preservation description
Two nonjoining fragments preserve 55% of foot and small part of lower body. Slight to moderate, in frequent abrasion and gouging; worn breaks; slight, sparse encrustation.
