Description
Convex upper body constricts to neck, marked by groove. Inward-thickened rim with tapered lip. Flat oval, grooved loop handle attaches to upper rim.
Fabric, firing, surface
2.5Y 3/1, very dark gray. Hard, gritty fabric with frequent mica and frequent, well-sorted, small, spherical and subrounded, white and brown sandy inclusions. Northern Levantine.
Preservation comment
Two joining fragments preserve 25% of neck and rim and the upper handle attachment. Slight chipping.
