Description
Globular to ovoid body with corrugation, at least on upper part. Cylindrical neck, thickened at bottom, offset from shoulder by groove.
Fabric, firing, surface
Fabric (interior): 10YR 8/3, very pale brown; (thin exterior surface): 7.5YR 7/4, pink. Hard, smooth, fine fabric, smooth to slightly hackly break, with few mica, common, poorly sorted, subangular, medium to large, red inclusions, including one embedded pebble, and common, moderately sorted, subangular, small, black matte inclusions. Thin, dull wash.
Preservation description
One fragment preserves 25% of shoulder and neck. Slight, sparse encrustation.
