Fabric, firing, surface
Fabric: red with a tinge of orange; fine, slightly granular fracture. Consistent firing. Thick, even, matte, pale red slip; cf. early ARS. Smoothed seem but misaligned halves.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 45% of upper and lower back lamp. Surface in good condition but rare scratching; mostly clean breaks.
