Description
Plastic vial or lamp in form of pine cone. Upright orientation co that domed upper body; vertical rim with bevelled inner lip apparently on top.
Fabric, firing, surface
Pink fabric, consistently fired; orangish red slip, mottled. Very fine, dense and hardx; smooth breaking. Only very rae limes(?) specks. Thin, rather even, semimatte slip over exterior and dripping through mouth. Knidian.
Preservation comment
Three nonjoining sherds, two large (a, c) and one small (b), preserve small part of body and ca. 25% of rim. Verty slight, sparse abrasion; slightly worn breaks; thin patches of encrustation in grooves.
