Description
Horizontal(?) banded seam. Domed(?) body with dense, circular indentations, molded: fur? vegetal, e.g. pine cone?
Fabric, firing, surface
Pink fabric, consistently fired; hard, fine; smooth break. Rare, tiny white specks; no mica. Thin, even, semiglossy slip over exterior: pale reddish brown but slightly mottled.
Preservation comment
One small sherd preserves part of seem and molded body. Slightly worn breaks; thick, sparse patches of encrustation on all surfaces.
