Deep bowl with heavy ring foot. Three impressions of kiln spacers on floor above ring foot; foot itself shows one flaking impression of a spacer.
Fabric, firing, surface
Light red fabric; fine, hard, mostly smooth break; tiny dark bits and some glistening quartz. Darker red slip, mostly thick and even.
Preservation description
Two joining sherds preserve entire foot and small part of lower wall. Moderate, extensive abrasion, pitting, and scratching on all surfaces and large chips from edges; worn breaks. Slip especially on exterior shows flakey erosion.
