Fabric, firing, surface
Pale reddish brown fabric ; thin, even, semimatte slip, pale brown with a tinge of orange. Medium coarse, hard fabric; hackly break. ired brownish gray at surfaces. Hard, coarse fabric with hackly break and fine gritty texture. Uncommon, poorly sorted, tiny to small, subangular and subrounded, gray, red (iron oxide?), black, rarely white inclusions; faintly micaceous; uncommon, small voids. Several fingerprints and smoothing marks around handle.
Preservation comment
One larger sherd preserves most of handle and small part of rim and adjacent wall. Slight, extensive abrasion; worn breaks; thin, extensive white (calcareous) film.
