Description
Cylindrical lower wall or neck. Prominent ridging.
Fabric, firing, surface
Brown with a tinge of red on exterior half, fired to grayish brown on interior; hard, somewhat fine, slightly granular break with a somewhat rough surface texture; common, tiny, mixed, light and dark bits; frequent flecks of silver mica. Ionian coast.
Preservation description
One large sherd preserves part of middle body. Slight, sparse abrasion; worn breaks; extensive, discontinuous film of encrustation.
