Description
Vertical loop handle, circular in section.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pale orange red, fired slightly more pale at very surface; very hard fired, coarse, with smooth to slight granular break and slightly rough surface texture; common, tiny to small, poorly sorted, mixed dark (red-brown, dark gray) and fewer white particles; rare, medium, subrounded, red (iron oxide?) chunks; rare, medium, angular, light gray chunks.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves segment from middle part of handle. Moderate, extensive abrasion and slight gouging; worn breaks; thin, discontinuous film of encrustation.
