Description
Globular body; faint ridging. Small rim thickened outward into squarish projection, slightly undercut, has convex outside face and sharp groove on upper interior lip.
Fabric, firing, surface
Core and interior surface: reddish brown; exterior surface: grayish brown. Granular fabric with hackly break has well sorted, frequent, small to medium, subangular and angular, light (clear and white) inclusions, some embedded in surface, rare; small, tabular, black bits; and one large, angular, gray stone visible. Cf. KTH1116+1520, KTH1665.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves 25% of rim and large part of body. Slight, sparse abrasion; mostly clean breaks; thin, extensive network of strands of encrustration.
